[Icom] My solution to the RELAY issue

I also hate to bog down the reflector but I have to say, the best solution
is to design your homebrewed amplifier accordingly (that is what I did) or
to replace the relay with one of better quality, and never visit the site
you suggested which is loaded with messages that have nothing to do amateur
radio.
