This is a good comment.  But, long time ago the way to rate quality meters, 
I think, is different than now.
What are 3 good quality meters (assumed VOMs)  in price zones of <$100, 
$100 to $200, and the criteria for rating as such.

And to make this really ICOM specific, what 3 pieces of measuring 
equipment  should be in the ICOM shack (including the previously mentioned 
meter), with total price of say $300.  ( May include u-build or u-brew if easy)
