[Icom] Phone Patch Question

Pastor of a local church stopped by today and asked me if I�d help with
communications
with some local youths (9 of them) doing missionary work in Honduras.

Seems I need a �phone patch� to use with my IC_746.
The absolute last thing in the world I wanted to purchase is a phone
patch.

Does anyone still make them??
What would be an ideal one to use with the 746??
Seems I've got a couple of weeks to get this thing set up.
