Sounds like an illegal knock-off copy. Mine from Icom has a full fancy
printed label on the CD. I think that Icom sells the CD for $45 but don't
hold me to that figure. And someone has posted that they have a printed
service manual as well. One great advantage of the CD is the PDF "FIND"
feature. Today I needed to look up everything I could find about RL351, a
PRO relay. The "find" found it listed in parts list and on a couple of
schematics. Saved a lot of looking!
Probably nothing wrong with the eBay CD if you don't mind doing things that
way.
