[Icom] ref Icom SP-21

I don't think the SP-21 is good quality, for what you have to pay for it. I
had one for my IC-746.

It maches the 756/746/etc, but the quality (sound and construction) is bad.

When you want good quality, you have to buy a SP-20.

Valuation SP-20: 8; SP-21: 2.
