[Icom] PSK31 and sound card question.

Strange, I found just the opposite. WinPSKse worked well for me while
DigiPan seldom if ever decoded PSK31 QSO's. I've used a Sound Blaster AWE
64 Gold and a built-in Gateway laptop interface and had the same results. I
did not fiddle with anything, just downloaded the program, ran it and
plugged in the output of the receiver to the *mike* input of the sound card
or laptop. I tried both the line-in and mike inputs with Digipan and it
just wouldn't work very well.

Just wondering why DigiPan works great and all WINPSK.DLL programs (WinPSKse
and dx4win) do not receive well?
I just get garbage with all WinPSK.dll aplication programs.
Just trying to figure out why?
