[Icom] AH-4 and coax

I don't have an AH-4, but I do use a LDG AT-11MP tuner with my 706MKIIG,
with great success, if you don't mind the relay noise. It has coax
output rather than wire terminal. Also, the LDG is $50.00 cheaper at AES
than the ICOM.
