[Icom] More sSpecific Icom e-mail groups

There are already several e-mail groups
devoted to specific Icom rigs.  Here are

The IC746 group, in particular, is VERY
active.  They've been averaging over a
dozen messages a day for several months
now.

I like the fact that this group deals with
Icom equipment in the more general sense.
