I like and am looking at the Icom Pro II, but to make a statement that says
the Ten Tec rig is an Icom wannabe is pretty lame, If you took notice at
something besides the looks, It has two 32 bit DSP processors, the Icom has
1, The Pro II has one receiver, the Ten Tec has 2 and I mean two triple
conversion receivers!! That is just a few of the good items. If Ten Tec gets
the QC right and keeps it there...Icom, Kenwood, and Yaesu will be the
wannabes. Keep in mind that I am not a big Ten Tec fan. But if the radio can
back up it specs in performance and the QC issue is resolved. Ten Tec will
own the highest end radio model market period. By the way Barry it is what's
inside that counts hi hi LOL...
