[Icom] PROII price

I'll buy several at that price ;)  The regular PROI is now down to that 
price and possibly less if you really shop for it.

The PROII has actually been down around $2,799 BEST price almost since it 
came out, if you really shop around.  I wouldn't expect it to vary too much 
from this price until later in the year, before Christmas maybe.  Of course, 
Dayton will always be full of deals, and there are always deals on returns, 
etc.
