You need to get out more, HIHI.  Ducie Island is the most recent addition 
to the ARRL DXCC list and has yet to be on the air. It is expected to be on 
in the next couple weeks.  A group of ham from the Us and Japan (and 
possibly other countries) will be on their way soon.

If you have any interest in DX, you might go to the QTH.NET  site and join 
the DX reflector.
