Hi Jerry. From your description it sounds temperature related, open up the
case, turn in on and apply some heat from a hair dryer, if that doesn't
work get a  can of circuit freez-it and zap each component until it comes
alive, also try pressing all over the pc board with an insulated probe,
may be a hairline crack, these tricks usually work for me, good luck, Ken
