[Icom] Icom 756Pro, Rigblaster Plus, MixW2

Hello,

I just got a Rigblaster plus and have it receiving OK.  I am using
MixW2 and the Icom 756Pro.

Is anyone using this same combination.  If so could you tell me what
jumper setting you are using on the Rigblaster particularly the
DTR/RTS jumpers.  Also what settings are you using in MixW2 for the
TRCVR CAT and secondary  PTT/RTTY port.

There are so many variables that I am a little confused.

Also are you using direct FSK/RTTY keying via the key jack on the back
of the radio.
