[Icom] IC-756PRO CW keyer memory read/write

Incidently, I find the CIV-Explorer by AA6YQ to be the most convenient
for
observing data flow to and from the PRO. Curiously, it always uses just
"0"
for the controller instead of "E0" but it seems to work.
