[Icom] Spark Plug Noise on F150

Hi Rick. Sounds like you've done all the normal stuff, your comment that
the noise is the same with the hood open or closed sounds like "maybe" the
hood ground thingy isn't making a good contact to the hood, on Fords it
usually looks like a small copper color cheese grater and is located near
the firewall, or it might be a ground strap, obviously it's hard to see it
