The Bird is accurate to 5% only if the power into it is
close to the max is
was designed for use.  Example:  85 watts into a 100 watt
slug will be much
more accurate than 85 watts into a Bird 1000 watt slug.  If
it goes through a
tuner there will be some loss also.  Keep all those things
in mind.
