[Icom] OPC-589 wiring

Okay, now I understand.  That is what we we're missing.  Unfortunately, I
don't know the pin correlation to the RJ-45.  I know you can see the color
of the wires in the modular connector and if you can relate that to the pins
on the 8 pin side, that might help.  I don't have the answer tho.  Someone
will come up with it.
