[Icom] 706IIG and DTMF

What I did was get a short piece of telephone/data cable with an 8-pin plug
that would plug into the IC-706IIG on it, (try Radio Shack), and wire a
conventional ICOM 8-pin mike socket on to the other end of it.  Then find any
of the ICOM mikes that have TouchTone buttons.  I did all this, not to have
TouchTone, but because the stock mike for the IC-706IIG was very low level.
