[Icom] dsp and 706

hello john and everyone
 dsp on 706 mk11 takes about 30 minutes to complete , including screw
removal etc. it is  a bit fiddly , ive got big fingers , so it might be
easier if you are nimble fingered.
dont need any test equipment.
cant remember properly , but you may have to activate it in one of the
menu options once it is in
