[Icom] AH-4 malfunctioning...

Hi all,

My 3 year old AH-4 which is connected to my IC-706MKIIG and is
installed on my roof is malfunctioning.
Yesterday when I turned my rig on for some Sunday morning
DXing I was unable to tune any band other than 20 meters.
An eye inspection of the tuner didn't reveal any problems (water 
marks, rust, arcing etc.) inside the tuner casing. 
I then gently tapped the relays and gave tuning a try, although 
slower than usual all bands worked except 80 meters.
I suspect a relay or group of relays are stuck for some reason.

1) Has anyone had a similar problem ?
2) How did you go about repairing this ?
3) Why did this happen ?
