Steve, I don't know who Paul is or how he got into the act - my name is
George and your quoted my email. <:}
At any rate, you recently posted
"John I will mainly be working FM simplex and some repeaters but will play
around with FM SSB also. I have heard the SM20 was the best but just missed
out on one for 100.00...hi hi. Thanks for the input and I will keep
looking.
Who knows...I am big time Heil user so I might just go that direction as I
think Icom sometimes is overpriced when it comes to their accessories as in
mics, speakers etc. 73, Steve"
That is where I first heard of this "FM SSB" and why I asked for more
information on it.
Was it a typing mixup or what?
Bob was having a ball at HamCom as usual . . . the new Classic mic looks
and sounds great.
