[Icom] Headset with mic

I would appreciate some suggestions for a headset with mic to use
with my 756PRO. I generally operate CW (and use the HM-36 when I
operate SSB) but am planning on doing a CW/SSB entry for Field Day.
I would like a headset with the following characteristics.

1.) Earphone impedance in the 50 ohm and up range. Icom adds
resistors (150 or 300 ohms) in the headphone jack circuit which
makes driving 8 ohm headphones difficult.
2.) High output electret type microphone to drive Icom radios. Yes
I know the 756PRO has more mic gain than the older Icom radios
but it still likes the higher output and I also own a IC-765.
Plus a higher mic output usually results in less RF pickup.
3.) Reasonably light weight and comfortable. For CW I use semi-open
    breathable headphones which I like.
4.) Available locally in a music store, aviation store etc. so I
can try them on. Cost is not important.

I have an old Heil Proset but after not using it for a more than a
year the adhesive holding the earpieces have slid and they are a mess.
Also they never drove the 756PRO well in my opinion. Thanks for any
suggestions in advance.
