To translate a page, go to:

http://babelfish.altavista.com/

and enter the page's URL in the field "Translate a Web page". Select
"Japanese to English", and click "Translate".

To translate a product page, go to:

http://www.icom.co.jp/ce/ham/products/content.html

Select a product from the drop-down menus, and translate the product page
per the above procedure.

The quality of the translation is not bad, but requires a little patience
and imagination!
