[Icom] ANTENNA TUNING PROBLEM

I use the split toroid too. I can't describe the tangle of wire I have
when doing the winding but the final result should look like you just thread
the wire through the hole, bring the end of the wire you stuck through the
hole around the outside of the toroid and stick it through again in the same
direction. Keep doing this until the hole is full and won't take any more
windings. It's easy if the toroid is assembled, but the reason we use the
split is so we don't have to remove the connectors on the end of the wire.
So while doing the winding you have a big mess and you get reminded how
clumsy a human being can be!
