[Icom] MARS xmt for 756ProII

Thanks, reasonable suggestion but this is a fixed voltage RS-35M and I
doublechecked the voltage with my DMM, shows a good 13.8v.

I looked at the 756ProII Service manual (I got it along with the
756ProII) and it shows the third diode (D3753) as a diode added on USA
rigs. This diode was to be removed on the 756Pro but nothing was said
about removing it on the ProII. However D3751, which is identified as to
be removed on both the Pro and ProII, is also marked as added on USA
models. So I'm wondering if D3753 should be removed as well since it was
removed on the 756Pro, and they seem to be the same in that area.
Confusing......
