[Icom] 756ProII backlight / band conditions

Thanks for all the input. I've been away on vacation and off the air
until I picked up the 756ProII, so was unaware of the solar situation.
You all can blame me for it, since I got the radio, something bad had to
happen so I couldn't use it while travelling around.
Maybe I'll go back home and things will get better.
