[Icom] W32A power output

I have the older version of the W32A and had discussions with Icom about the
battery discharge rate.  According to their tech support the battery
discharge rate on that radio is atrocious.  Worst of all their radios.  They
don't have any reason to attribute it however it is a fact.
The only answer is to keep spares on hand and run it from an alternative
power source.
Last but not least get another radio, unfortunately I like mine as well and
still keep it.
