[Icom] W32A Programming Software

Hi Richard,

I am not familiar with the command set used with the W32A but if it is
consistent with Icom HF radios and you can do a little programming you might
consider the CIV756P OCX. Although it was written and tested with the 756Pro
it has a Direct Access property that will alow it to send any of the CI-V
