[Icom] Microphone suggestions for 756ProII

Thanks Dave,
I have one newer D-104 with the amp in it, but I bypassed it and run it
direct to my KWM-2A. All the other D-104's are from the pre-amp days.
Interesting idea, maybe I'l try it before buying a new mic.
