[Icom] Have High SWR on Ham Sticks

Is there a way you can check out the ham sticks with an antenna analyzer?

I have an 706 MKll. Just bought off a dealer used. It also has been at Icom 
to get check out! I have a license plate mount on my 96 Voyager. I have 
grounded the hatchback door hinge and the plate mount. Also I ran a ground to 
the frame! I still have high SWR on the ham sticks 6M, 10M, & 20M have a SWR 
of 2 on 20 meters. They are all new ham sticks too. 
Besides buying a tuner is there anything I can do?
