[Icom] ICOM MKIIG Rig Interface

Hello everyone,
Has anyone had trouble with the MKIIG not talking to the computer? I tried 
the following with no success.
*CPU Reset
*doublechecked the menu settings
*Replaced the interface cable
*Tried a different computer

In all situations,neither Writelog nor Logic recognize the radio. I have the 
Icom address set for 48H as normal.

The rig functions normally except for talking to the computer on the 
interface.
Any suggestions?
