[Icom] Icom 765 sidetone tracking modification

I recently was searching for a circuit board for the 765 sidetone tracking
mod published in QST in 1993.  The author of that article gave me a new
generation of the modification, which requires NO extra circuitry - only the
removal of parts!  I have it installed and find it works perfectly.  If
