rick  good suggestion..  we had a pole  with the light out..  then
vandalism..  they would not fix the street lite..  i finally called  and
said "i think maybe i sorta saw sparks, although i am not sure, because it
could have been a reflection, but it might be dangerous if it is sparks, but
remember, maybe its not sparks"...  amazing..  they were out in 10 minutes,
and fixed the light while they were there..  73  paul

I've heard this works -
Make sure you know which pole is the culprit, then........
Call them up and tell them you THINK you saw fire on the pole and smelled
smoke and you think it MIGHT cause a forest fire like they had out in
Arizona if they don't get over here and fix the pole.....
