I keep reading these relay sound complaints and have to wonder what I am
missing!  <:}

I have used my PRO daily and mostly on CW for nearly two years now. I have
*YET* to hear a relay while sending CW in Full QSK.

While my hearing is far from what it was decades ago, at age 72 I still do
fairly well. I can easily hear a reed relay actuate when I listen for it,
but while wearing my Heil ProSet phones I cannot hear a thing coming from
the radio acoustically, not even the fan.

So, maybe there is a difference among radios but I have to wonder how folks
are able to hear that miniscule sound, especially while wearing a headset.

I have never used my PRO to drive an amp, but who knows? Maybe the relay
contacts are welded and I just don't know it!   <:}
