Dave,
The 756PRO relay always operates for every dit and dah. I operate
nearly 100% full QSK on my 756PRO and have made over 10,000 QSOs
and the relay still works fine. Of those 10,000 QSOs approximately
1000 have been with an ACOM 1000 amp with no intermediate relay.
However my amp presents the 756PRO with a +12V open circuit voltage,
a closed circuit current of 10mA and is not inductive. If the
relay is not abused it is rated for 100 million operations which
I will never reach.
