[Icom] IC-735 Problem

The receive frequency in my 735 has drifted off about 2KHz compared to the
transmit frequency. Thinking it may be an alignment problem, I contacted
Icom Canada to get instructions on how to fix it. They told me it's
probably not alignment but 4 plastic trimmer caps that have "dried out".
They said the fix is to replace these caps with ceramic ones. The guy
couldn't give me part numbers so I have no idea where to look. Has anyone
ever heard of this as a fix for the rx drift? If so, where do I find the
offending parts? Thanks for any and all replies.
