[Icom] Help...ICOM 751A receiver on the blink!

Well, my trusty ICOM 751A finally gave it up and I'm looking for 
help/direction where to look for problem....the receiver audio output almost 
nonexistent now and the band selector no longer changes bands! The display 
still shows general coverge tuning, but with almost no audio output can't 
hear anything!

The battery on the RAM board still showing about 3.2volts. Transmit appears 
to still be putting out rated power.

Any thoughts, suggestions? Including a recommendation where to send rig for 
repairs?
