[Icom] Icom IC-471H FS

I have an Icom IC-471H for sale.  The rig belongs to a friend of mine who 
since bought a 910H. It has a slight problem. I believe it is the well known 
trimmer cap issue.  It will transmit and receive, but will loose tx and rx 
(together at the same time) periodically. Sometimes it takes awhile for it to 
lock up.  When it works, it is at full output power and the receiver 
sensitivity is fine The radio is in excellent physical shape, and includes 
the manual, cord, and hand mike.

He is not internet-savy and has asked me to sell it for him. He is looking
