The new software introduces some delays.  Your messages contain HTML and I 
have to hand-edit them to get them back to Plain Text.  The old system made 
this easier for me to do, but the new one isn't quite so forgiving and 
makes me jump through more hoops to get this done.

It would be easier if people could set their e-mail clients to just send 
Plain Text, but when they don't then I need to do it for them which makes 
the process take longer.
