[Icom] R70 vs. R71

Consider this- the R-71 has a front panel key board similar to the R-7000,
the R-70 does not.  I would go for the R-71 if you have the chance.
Something else you might think of ... Either the IC-751 or IC-751A are very
similar to the R-70/1 series but include the transmitter. Seems to me the
price for these transceiver are not that much more than just receiver.
