[Icom] IC-751, Add fail-safe, RAM back-up battery modification atlow cost and risk

Over a year ago I had the same problem with my 751-A.  I elected to purchase from Roberto Nardo,
IK2RND an EPROM version of the RAM based board provided by ICOM.  This has worked out well for me.  I
had no problems in dealing with Roberto and he was very prompt.  Check this web site for more info.
