I don't have a PW-1, but my understanding is that your JBI interface
should work fine with your PC, xcvr and PW-1 -- all you need is a
Y-connector (or equivalent) to connect all three to the same CI-V bus.

JBI Radio Interface provides the same functionality as the CT-17.
Compatible with all Icom rigs with a 1/8" mini phone jack serial
interface.  Shielded  DB-25F  with diecast hood goes to your computer
and the 1/8" mini phone plug on 10' shielded cable plugs into the
serial data jack on the Icom.  Also has a 1/4" phone plug on 10'
shielded cable for keying rig from computer using included software.
Comes with 3 1/2" disc with radio control software although disc is
not necessary for computer logging.

It will NOT work if you are using the PW-1 as you must have the CT-17,
or equivalent, to connect the computer, the PW-1, and any Icom radio.
That's why I am selling it since I have recently acquired a  PW-1 and
it won't work with that combination and is now surplus to my needs

In like-new condition with 6 page instruction manual, component list,
circuit board placement diagram, and radio control software.  $25 plus
shipping.
