[Icom] System Response

I am sure you have all noticed the lack of response in the reflector 
lately.  For about 24 hours (ending yesterday afternoon) qth.net's upstream 
provider decided to shut things down for awhile.  This was an obvious 
mistake and things are working now, but it could have up to a five-day 
impact on outgoing e-mail.

This was not the fault of any qth.net hardware or software, but we got hit 
anyway.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but stuff happens.
