[Icom] QRP with IC-761

Rig up a 9 volt battery with a pot to supply 0 to -4 volts to the ALC input
on the back of the 761. At -4 volts, output will be zero. At 0 volts output
will be max. Adjust the pot for the desired output. Set the front panel RF
Power control for maximum output first.

Disconnect the battery when not in use.
