[Icom] Icom radio audio over the internet

Hello

I'm looking for a simple (and as close to free as possible) program I can
use to send and receive audio to my Icom over the internet. The programs
I've all seen so far only send audio that's fed to the sound card's "mic"
jack, and I use the "aux" jack for my radio (and can't change it for various
reasons).

Any help here would be appreciated
