[Icom] IC-756PRO CW keyer memory read/write

Is there a way to write to or read the CW keyer memory blocks in the
IC-756PRO?   The manual indicates a command for read/write CW memory but I
have not been able to utilize it that command .    I would like to fill the
memory buffers via a keyboard rather than the tuning dial.     

I have the various PC programs that talk to the PRO such as MixW32 ,
TRX-Manager, Commander.     However,  I will not always have the PC going
and  would like to use the rig memory buffers from time to time.    Be nice
to fill the buffers via the PC.
