Yep.  It's at:

You can view messages on-line, receive them individually
via e-mail, or e-digests.  It's been going for more than
two years and has over 800 members (and 2,800+ messages
in their archive).  

There's a lot of overlap between that group and this one
(in topics as well as membership).

You do need a Yahoo account/login (some folks don't like
that), but you don't need a yahoo e-mail address.

There are other choices, check the IC-746 FAQ for more
information.
