[Icom] IC706 family Tune Trigger

Thanks to Erik Hansen, OZ2AEP, at http://www.mods.dk/ the circuit to trigger
the Tune circuit in the 706 has been updated with pictures from my
installation and a nice looking schematic.  This was all sent to QST Hints &
Kinks in October 2000 but I guess they didn't want to publish it for some
reason.

I have reports this works on all 706's, I wonder if any one has tried it on
other Icom radios if they have the TUNE button.
