[Icom] Caps and periods

I was waiting for a response similar to this one to Rick.   Plus it is not 
signed.

At times it is difficult to understand the use of words from different 
parts of North America.  Little things such as capitals, punctuation etc, 
make you message easier to read.  Also,  less likely for it to be rapidly 
relegated to the trash.
