[Icom] Need help/suggestions on IC-2710H problem

Thanks for the suggestions so far.  I never stated (what I considered to
be obvious - something I know better though) that this is only on 2M
since that is the only portion I had questions about.  440 works fine
and as I stated originally it started with maybe some power out on low
but none on medium or high.  Replacing the power module returned medium
and attempts of making power on high.  The bench supply is more than
capable of the current requirements on this rig (45 amp rating) and was
verified by loading it with a similar (current draw) radio with no drop
in voltage.  I was starting to wonder if there is some of SWR protection
circuit that might be misbehaving but as I have no schematic or other
info (even a block diagram) on it I can not tell. =20

Any other thoughts?
